How are your quotes calculated?

Our quotes are based on a thorough analysis of your specifications and specific needs. We define the project goals, expected deliverables, and the time required to achieve them.

What are your payment terms?

We generally use a multi-payment approach: a deposit upon signing the quote, followed by interim payments upon validation of key project milestones. The balance is due upon final delivery.

What happens if the project exceeds the initial budget?

In case of significant changes to the project scope, we will immediately inform you and jointly establish a purchase order. Your approval is required before any budget adjustments.

Do you work with partners or subcontractors?

UX work is carried out internally by our team, who will collaborate with your teams. If you wish, we can engage trusted partners (developers, writers, graphic designers) to meet your needs.

Why choose an agency rather than a freelancer for my project?

How does communication proceed throughout the project?

We prioritize transparent and smooth communication through your preferred channels (email, phone, video conferencing). Using Figma (Comments, Devmode) allows instant communication between our design team and your internal teams (developers, POs, Product Managers, and designers). We hold regular meetings to present project progress, gather your feedback, and answer your questions.

Can I see references or talk to former clients?

Absolutely! We'd be happy to connect you with some of our satisfied clients so you can get direct feedback on our collaboration.

Who manages the Figma tool?

This is something to discuss together based on your needs. We include Figma Pro in our daily rate for our designers, and we can offer editing and DevMode access to certain members of your team.

How does your CII certification impact the actual cost of the service?

As a state-approved agency, our design and prototyping services are eligible for the Innovation Tax Credit (Crédit d'Impôt Innovation). Practically, if your company is an SME, you get 20% of the invoice amount back (in mainland France) as a corporate tax reduction. If your company doesn't pay taxes yet (in deficit), the state can refund this amount directly to you via bank transfer. It's a powerful cash flow mechanism to finance your innovation. Learn more
